Shae Yanez

After a stellar college career at University of Tennessee, Shae Yanez signed with the Washington Spirit in 2019. She then went on to play in Spain for Santa Teresa CD. The young goalkeeper is now starting for the London City Lionesses of the Women’s FA Championship.

Shae gives us insight on her move to England, her thoughts on London City, how the experience is shaping her as a person and player, her future plans, and more!  (8’’)

Founders of Girls on the Ball, Rachel O’Sullivan and Sophie Downey stop by to talk about the FAWSL 2020/21 season, players and teams to watch, a little about the England Women’s National Team.

After last season’s abrupt end (thanks to COVID), the new season kicks off with some changes – most notably all the internationals flooding the league.
