The Australia Women’s National Team and Melbourne City defender Jenna McCormick is here to share her remarkable football journey. Plus, our friend and Aussie expert Cheryl Downes is here to talk W-League!

Jenna McCormick
Hailing from South Australia, Jenna McCormick made her national team debut in 2019 against a set of friendlies against Chile. She then made the Olympic qualifiers and on her way to Tokyo! But the journey to fulfilling a dream isn’t without it’s twists and turns. Jenna shares her experiences as a well-traveled player within the W-League and in foreign leagues throughout the world, including a challenging one in Spain.

Jenna also shares insights on her recent injury at Melbourne City and how she has dealt with seeking help to deal with the immense mental pressures the game deals even the strongest players. The embodiment of a footballer, Jenna allows us into her life and makes us proud to be fans of the women’s game! This is a Must Listen to interview! (7′)

The hero of the 2019 NCAA Div 1 women’s soccer quarterfinals, Washington State Sophomore defender Mykiaa Minniss scored the winning goal sending the Cougars to the College Cup for the first time in the history of the school. We talk with Mykiaa about her growing-up days in Colorado, her collegiate career, the future, and more!!

Establishing herself as a leader on and off the pitch, Mykiaa looks into the future of Cougars soccer program and how she’s looking forward to the next two years. (11′)
